The Commons of Mattoon offers one bedroom energy efficient, modern apartments on the South end of Mattoon. These apartments are part of the permanent supportive housing program. Onsite laundry, a garden off the walking path, and a large community room offers welcoming convenience for our tenants. The complex has 24 hour emergency maintenance plus monitored surveillance.
